We at LSR Forge stands prepared to serve all the forging needs. Through investments in new equipment, rebuilds and upgrades of existing equipment, LSR Forge offers the most comprehensive advanced forging capabilities and services available in the industry. We have 1.25 ton and 1.75 ton Drop Forged Die Hammers and 2 Ton Open Space Hammer to produce open & close die forgings.

After procuring the quality raw material from AIL & LSRM (sister concerns), the raw material is cut on bandsaw machines into different sizes as per requirement and design of the forging components. The cut pieces are forged with Drop Forge hammer of 1.75 Ton and 1.25 Ton installed in the unit. We are also equipped with one 2-Ton open space hammer, capable to manufacture forgings upto 300mm round, flats upto 600mm width and Gear blanks dia upto 600mm. The annealing furnace is installed to obtain quality product. Also our forging are well treated for varies operations such as Normalizing & Annealing with a maximum temperature of ±5 Degree Centigrade.

We are in the process of installing electric heating furnace for 1.75 Ton & 1.25 Ton hammer, which will be operational by the end of August 2008. Also we are in process of installing a 3 Ton Die Forge hammer which have already reached our works and is expected to be in commission by 30th September 2008.
